Establishes and sets up a network operation center/hub that offers a complete information technology solutions to interactive gaming, such as but not limited to web sites, gaming software, application programs, administrative software, hardware, internet as well as telecommunication connections, collection payment system, and toll free telephone operations, all in connection with the development, operation and conduct of internet and gaming enterprises and facilities; and
3. Operates, manages, supervises, regulates and/or controls the establishment of facilities for interactive gaming at the ZAMBO-ECOZONE.
